In the kitchen
Blanch for 30 seconds and dip in wasabi soy, toss through a very hot wok, or marinate cold and serve as a dressed salad. On skewers over charcoal they pick up a smoky char that suits a summer table.
Storage
Keep at -18°C. Thaw in the fridge and cook straight away; refrigerate leftovers for no longer than 24 hours.
